Madden Industrial Craftsman seeks an experienced Asphalt Paver Technician to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in operating heavy equipment and asphalt pavers.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, sick & holiday pay, and 401(k).

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating an asphalt roller machine, as well as other light and heavy equipment such as backhoes and bobcats. Key duties include setting, controlling, and monitoring the machine for proper compaction, overseeing material loading and transportation, and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements:
  • 18+ years old
  • At least 2 years of experience operating an asphalt roller
  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license highly preferred
  • Class A CDL highly preferred
