Job Summary

In this role as an Asphalt Paver Technician at Madden Industrial Craftsman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt rollers on construction sites in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience working with heavy equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Salary Range: $27-34.25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, sick & holiday pay, and 401(k) plan.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6am-5pm with opportunities for overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safely operating asphalt roller machines and other heavy equipment
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Loading and transporting materials and equipment as needed
  • Following safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and Class A CDL preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
