Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $29,120 based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked store environment, including shelves, displays, and inventory management.
  • Upselling and suggestive selling to enhance customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Championing our brand through promotions and engaging with customers about loyalty rewards programs.
  • Efficiently managing cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining financial records.
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and supporting each other's efforts.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, including restrooms, trash bins, and window washing stations.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills, including arithmetic operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently lift 10 pounds
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
