Job Title: Field Application Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Application Engineer to support our client's US-based customers in the GPS protection and drone technology space. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise, ensuring seamless product integration, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sale technical consultation and support to prospective customers to demonstrate the value and integration process of our products.
  • Deliver post-sale customer support, ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions into customer platforms.
  • Assist the President in managing day-to-day customer relationships and operational tasks.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the US-based customers and the product development team to ensure alignment of customer needs with our solutions.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide hands-on support and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related technical field, with a focus on electronics integration.
  • Drone integration experience is strongly preferred; experience with GPS technology is a plus.
  • Electronics technician or engineer background is required.
  • Military experience (especially in the drone or GPS sector) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
