Job OverviewAt The Rivers Organization, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Benefits Enrollment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our remote CSR team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. With a focus on matching client needs to our products and services, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Match client needs to our products and services
Collaborate with our dynamic team to achieve service excellence
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
