Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Inspection: Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of products and processes to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Non-Conformance Identification: Identify and record non-conformities and trends in inspection results, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Quality Training: Provide training to production employees on quality inspection techniques and procedures.
  • Process Audits: Conduct product audits as requested and record results according to requirements.
  • PPAP Support: Assist with measuring and testing in support of PPAP submissions.
  • Process Control: Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of non-conformance to customer expectations, safety, or environmental risks.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Skills: Pass basic mechanical and electrical aptitude evaluation, strong understanding of production basics, and basic computer skills.
