Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
