About the Role

Mayo Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Mayo Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patients' strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in operational and performance improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
