Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' cognitive, sensory, neurological, musculoskeletal, functional, and physiological status
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in operational and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
  • Physical Therapy License in the state of Wisconsin
  • Current BLS of Health Care Providers certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
