- Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, and present sales pitches and proposals in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve client issues, and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely use a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work in different types of weather conditions.
- Competitive Compensation: Base plus uncapped commissions, estimated first-year earnings $80,000+.
