Your Role with Us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a range of financial activities, including accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls
  • Assist in month-end processes, cash flow forecasting, and annual financial planning
  • Engage in inventory management, maintain financial documentation, and support reporting activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure precise and timely financial reporting
  • Guide junior staff, comply with accounting policies, and assist with special projects as required
  • Occasional travel for business purposes may be necessary
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; additional certifications are preferred
  • Proven analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach
  • Strong leadership skills and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting
