1. Perform cleaning tasks for assigned rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and washing windows and tracks.
2. Mark rooms as vacant and ready for new guests.
3. Remove soiled linens and towels, along with any used guest amenities.
4. Check supply cart for necessary items and restock as required.
5. Greet guests promptly with a warm and genuine welcome.
6. Replenish linens and guest supplies as needed.
7. Address special requests from guests, such as providing additional amenities or adjusting service times.
8. Responsible for disposing of trash and maintaining cleanliness around the premises.

Supportive Responsibilities:
In addition to the essential functions, this role may involve a variety of supportive tasks, determined by the supervisor based on the hotel's specific needs:
