We are seeking experienced RN Supervisors to join our team at Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Monroe County, New York.

About the Role

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, mentor less experienced nurses, and maintain the standards of care for the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices and new technologies
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing staff and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Current RN license in New York State
  • 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
