Leadership Opportunity at Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Charge Nurse Supervisor at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent care standards
  • Mentor and train less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical and leadership skills
  • Collaborate with management to review resident records and quality of care
  • Address resident and family concerns in a professional and compassionate manner

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS RN License
  • 2 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • 1-year Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
