Seeking Experienced RN Supervisors

Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility that is a top choice for post-acute care in Monroe County, New York. We are seeking energetic and experienced RN Supervisors to work 3 PM - 11 PM Monday through Friday, as well as Day Shift every other Weekend, at our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Rochester, NY.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior Long-term Care experience and excellent communication skills. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling all supervisory duties for assigned units, helping establish and implement employee policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining the standards of care for the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid NYS RN License
  • 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
  • 1-year Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
