Job Title: Agile Transformation Lead

ComResource is seeking an Agile Transformation Lead to join our team.

The Agile Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the transformation of our organization to an agile mindset and culture. This includes coaching and mentoring teams on agile principles and practices, facilitating agile adoption and implementation, and ensuring that agile values and principles are embedded in our organization's culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and coaching teams through transformation. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and will have a strong ability to build trust and rapport with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of our organization to an agile mindset and culture
  • Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate agile adoption and implementation
  • Ensure that agile values and principles are embedded in our organization's culture

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-time business experience
  • 3+ years of Scrum experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating at multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience communicating and removing impediments outside of team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts - strong mediator
  • Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize potential
  • Brings high-energy and passion to the job with a focus on building strong teams
  • Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a sustainable & effective workplace
  • Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement
  • Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field or equivalent in work experience
