Your Role: In this position, you will:

Your Team: The Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role in realizing LiveRamp's vision and mission by developing workflows on our platform that empower organizations to deliver innovative products and enhanced experiences.

About You: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consulting, finance, sales), with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
  • Prior experience in a Solutions role.
  • A proactive attitude and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Fundamental computer science knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with a commitment to prompt responses.
  • A startup mentality: intelligent, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, diligent, and proactive.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related quantitative discipline.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
  • Technical experience with analytical tools and methodologies.
  • A willingness to learn and adopt new skills, both technical and non-technical, to deliver optimal solutions.
