Your expertise will help individuals achieve their employment goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one career coaching and assessments to job seekers
* Prepare clients for employment through resume preparation, interviewing skills, and workplace etiquette
* Develop individual employment and training plans that address employer needs and job-seeker capabilities
* Facilitate career readiness, professional development, and life skills workshops
* Maintain relationships with and make referrals to other service providers
* Provide support at employer hiring events, job fairs, and community events
* Recruit for caseloads, community events, and Goodwill activities
* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure job seekers' success

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in career counseling, social work, or social sciences
* Prior experience providing employment-related case management, career readiness, and employment retention services
* Ability to create and facilitate workshops and trainings
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Team-orientated and able to work well with others in a collaborative environment
* Understanding of diverse employment needs and ability to work effectively with all
