Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team at Great American RV SuperStores. As a Parts Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill external technician/service writer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, manufacturers, and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in inventory management or logistics
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
