About the Role

Job Description

This role involves providing top-notch care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

In addition, you will:

  • Develop and maintain individualized service plans (ISPs) that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences;
  • Work closely with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote a culture of safety;
  • Participate in life-enriching activities and events that foster social interaction and a sense of community among residents;
  • Respond to dining needs and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a caregiving capacity.
