Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and assess lead and property acquisition strategies.
  • Identify clients' requirements and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Document all interactions in the Client's CRM system.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to evaluate property values.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal stipulations, and related matters, ensuring equitable dealings.
  • Recommend deals between sellers and clients for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and best practices.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the VP or CEO.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to work across multiple devices.
  • Strong attention to detail.
