About the Role

Cochlear is seeking a highly skilled Connected Care Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our Connected Care services and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Connected Care implementation subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Participate in customer discovery meetings to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop proposals for Connected Care services and solutions, including recommendations for products, processes, and timelines for implementation and metrics to measure success
  • Project manage the implementation process for customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Partner with operations, compliance, data privacy, and security teams to ensure successful Connected Care implementation
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing clear communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Execute approved implementation plans, including identifying core customer teams, conducting customer training, and software testing, as well as patient communication recommendations across various clinics
  • Be on-site with customer teams at key project milestones and as needed to ensure successful implementation
  • Define and document sustainable adoption and utilization models for Connected Care portfolio across various clinics
  • Lead ongoing and future development of the Connected Care Implementation Team, identifying new tools, services, or materials needed to offer best-in-class customer experience
  • Conduct ongoing refinement of the implementation process based on experience and metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization
  • Report progress and feedback to leadership, sales, product, and collaborating teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the implementation process
  • Conduct post-implementation customer follow-up to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with clinics or hospitals to implement new technologies or in clinical operations
  • Experience in Audiology or ENT clinics a plus
  • Able to run multiple implementation projects at various stages simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate successfully with customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Can effectively and professionally interact with patients, clinicians, and administrators as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Experience with clinic and hospital protocols, workflows, and EMR and IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and implementation
  • Prior experience implementing digital health solutions a plus, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends
  • Communicates implementation project status and risks to appropriate cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the implementation process
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ensure high-level customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional on-site visits to customer clinics and hospitals

Pay Range in the United States: $85,000 - $93,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
