In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' lives daily, as they will rely on you as their trusted consultant and supporter. You will be equipped to assist clients in making well-informed choices regarding their financial requirements by responding to their inquiries, resolving concerns, or guiding them to the appropriate department.
As a Teller, your daily responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring they feel valued, while also reconnecting with familiar faces
- Executing transactions to assist clients in managing their finances effectively
- Identifying ways to enhance the convenience of financial services for clients, such as aiding them in enrolling for online banking and mobile deposits
- Playing a crucial role in providing tailored solutions for clients by suggesting additional products and services that align with their needs
- Collaborating closely with your Think Bank colleagues and referring clients to specialists in mortgage, insurance, investments, and small business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least six months of experience in customer service
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The working hours will vary from early morning to early evening, Monday through Friday, with limited hours on Saturdays.
