About the Role

Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a customer-centric attitude and providing solutions with empathy.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers by identifying their needs, researching issues, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty during difficult interactions by leveraging outstanding conflict resolution skills and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate on compiling information to continually improve the customer experience and drive company strategy.
  • Recommendations: Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.

Education and Experience
  • Experience: 1-2 years minimum in a high-paced customer-facing sales or service environment.
  • Interdepartmental Experience: Experience interacting between multiple brands and multiple internal systems preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma required, with a college degree preferred.
  • Technology Experience: Technology-related B2B experience preferred.
