Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semiconductor Foundry Engineer I to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working in a cleanroom environment, handling GaAs and GaN wafers, and assisting with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform optical microscope inspections and scanning electron microscope imaging
  • Assist with failure analysis and data analysis
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance wafer fabrication techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
