Semiconductor Foundry Engineer I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semiconductor Foundry Engineer I to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working in a cleanroom environment, handling GaAs and GaN wafers, and assisting with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform optical microscope inspections and scanning electron microscope imaging
- Assist with failure analysis and data analysis
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance wafer fabrication techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
- 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
