Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Power Systems Specialist to join our team at RealREPP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical power systems design, engineering, and distribution, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical engineering calculations and studies, including load flow, short circuit, arc flash analysis, and protective relay coordination.
  • Conduct industrial electrical power distribution design, engineering, and sizing of power distribution equipment, including MCCs, switchgears, transformers, and feeders.
  • Provide technical support and mentor junior engineers and designers on projects.
  • Develop and modify specifications, calculations, and drawings in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Assist in the development of cost estimates, change orders, material takeoffs, resource utilization, and forecasting reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and contractors as required in the execution of engineering and design duties.
  • Provide construction support, including as-builting, field observations, and field modifications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical power systems.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with ETAP software.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical studies and report preparation.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial power systems design and distribution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with consulting company EPC projects.
  • Experience conducting Short Circuit Study, Equipment Evaluation, Protective Device Coordination, and Arc Flash Study.
  • Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution.
  • Experience with SEL protective relays configuration and setup.
