Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users, ensuring that all IT services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Management: Allocate tickets to team members based on skillsets and availability, ensuring that all incidents and requests are resolved promptly.
- Support and Escalation: Provide remote deskside support to users, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
- User Engagement: Communicate with users to understand their needs and concerns, providing regular updates on the status of their issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in Windows 10 and 11 environment support.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as experience with Cloud technologies, platforms, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
