Job Overview

As a Healthcare Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our documentation processes meet regulatory standards and support quality improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain documentation procedures and templates to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement changes in documentation practices
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Train staff on documentation best practices and proper use of health information systems

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
