Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Specialist to join our team at PNC. As a key member of our Executive Compensation organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering executive compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement executive compensation programs that align with market trends and best practices
  • Conduct research and analysis on peer group and market trends to inform compensation decisions
  • Design and develop equity-based pay programs that drive business results and support our company's strategic objectives
  • Prepare and present board committee materials and other key stakeholders on executive compensation programs
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures
Requirements
  • University/college degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in executive compensation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
