Job Title: Senior Compensation Manager

Arrow International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Manager to develop and implement the company's compensation strategy.

Job Summary

The Senior Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This includes developing incentive plans, sales commission structures, recognition programs, and compensation policies that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and policies that are competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Design and maintain leading-edge employee incentive plans that align with company performance metrics.
  • Act as liaison between the compensation and benefits function and other company departments to ensure effective communication and congruent policies.
  • Administer the execution of various pay plans, including Short Term Incentive (Bonus) award payments, merit increases, and executive compensation.
  • Develop and direct communication of compensation programs to improve understanding and acceptance of company compensation programs.
  • Integrate all compensation programs for new associates as a result of acquisitions/mergers for all acquired entities.
  • Identify compensation issues and provide recommendations for proper actions.
  • Continuously survey the market for competitive compensation levels and report back the results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation.
  • 2-3 years in a senior-level strategy setting capacity, ideally operating in a multi-divisional environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in human resource functions and specifically developing total compensation packages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to perform detailed calculations, modeling, and analysis using data in building compensation and benefits plans reconciled with budgets and forecasts.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity, salary surveys, benchmarking, external vendors, and other global compensation and benefit providers and tools.
  • Highly skilled in change management with ability to influence stakeholders with competing priorities and differences of opinion towards a common goal and solution, enabling decision-making.
