Located in Plano, TX, this position involves collaborating closely with the Director of Healthcare Staffing. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

  • This position requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • You will work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients to understand their specific onboarding needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information, credentials, and compliance status is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the collection and verification of candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications, following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Communicate regularly with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on onboarding status.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Monitor and track onboarding metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding and credentialing, with a focus on working with MSP clients.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
