Job Summary

This role involves coordinating patient care delivery by the healthcare team using the nursing process. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized plans of care. Your skills will be utilized to ensure that patients receive seamless care throughout their healthcare encounter.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers, employees, etc.
  • Serve as a resource for patients and other healthcare team members.
  • Provide patient care educational information and training to patient and family members.
  • Participate in community outreach activities (such as health fairs, community collaborations or outreach clinics) as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current RN license or valid temporary permit with the Texas Board of Nursing or valid Compact RN license required.
  • Must have current healthcare provider BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from one of the following: American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Military Training Network.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
