Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate direct admissions and hospital transfers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to resolve transfer-related issues.
  • Manage bed assignments and internal patient movements efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in acute care nursing.
