Requirements:

  • We are looking for a qualified, experienced Director of Maintenance who can bring the following qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting required
  • HVAC certification
  • Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
  • Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
