Job Title: Registered Nurse RN PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse RN in the Progressive Care Unit PCU, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient needs and ensure timely interventions
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to achieve desired patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
