Job Title: Registered Nurse RN PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to provide patient care in our Progressive Care Unit PCU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to empower them with knowledge and promote better health choices
  • Work effectively with colleagues and community members to create and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient care issues and prioritize patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
