Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Coach to provide instruction to youth participating in sport-specific camps. The successful candidate will develop age-appropriate activities and effectively lead staff and campers. They will establish objectives for each session they are leading, understand and implement the objectives and goals of the camp, and provide supervision to participants involved in the camps. The candidate must be able to identify and mitigate any possible safety issues and have the ability to supervise participants in various settings, including participation venues, housing, commons areas, dining rooms, and all other areas on campus throughout the duration of the program. Duties may also require the applicant to help set-up and tear down facilities. The successful candidate will be required to have the three publicly available clearances required by state law and complete Annual Compliance and Mandated Reporter trainings. They must be at least 18 years old and have experience as a professional coach or at the college or high school level.

Background Requirements:
The following background checks must be successfully completed for this position: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
