Hotspot Territory Sales Manager

The Hotspot Team Lead is a critical role responsible for driving sales performance and related metrics in the assigned territory. This outside sales position requires a strong focus on customer activation, replenishment, and brand advocacy in a retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting performance goals and requirements in the prepaid wireless industry. They will be highly self-motivated, independent, and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive company revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
• Increase customer activations in the assigned territory through effective sales and training programs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to improve the customer experience
• Conduct regular store visits and phone calls to monitor sales performance and provide feedback
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that drive measurable results
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate and direct projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work non-traditional hours to participate in evening and weekend events
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience in the US
