Position Overview

We are seeking an Automotive Service Specialist to become a part of our thriving dealership service team.

In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. Proficiency in utilizing dealership software and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle malfunction codes
  • Assist in developing service center protocols for monitoring repair progress, maintaining technical records, and other essential procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicle systems, including the engine, transmission, and brakes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Communicate necessary vehicle repair information to clients in a clear and concise manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification is advantageous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
Compensation: $35, $75,000.00 per year
