About the Role

FareHarbor is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FareHarbor's software and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FareHarbor's products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bilingual - English and Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software and hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
