Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Salt Lake City, UT.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Coordinator will provide administrative support to the department, including filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly thorough and dependable, and have a strong sense of humor and work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones.
  • Verify completion and accuracy of information.
  • Maintain records or logs.
  • Set up and maintain files and records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years or more administrative and clerical support experience required.

Compensation:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, etc.

Pay Type: Hourly

Minimum Pay Range: $17.00

Maximum Pay Range: $19.00

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
