Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Design Lead-Transportation to work on a diverse project portfolio with a variety of clients and projects across Utah. As a Design Lead-Transportation, you will work closely with clients, other project managers, firm principals, and support staff to ensure a successful completion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff efforts to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions to demanding project requirements.
  • Responsible for project delivery and design of medium to large-scale Transportation projects.
  • Work effectively with other people at all levels to achieve project goals.
  • Expert knowledge of design and modeling related software packages, including Bentley Roadway Design software.
  • Knowledge of AASHTO design guidelines, including the Green Book and roadside design guides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Utah.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Civil Engineering related work.
  • Proven technical leadership ability and communication skills.
