- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
