Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Finishing Operator to join our team. As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect packages to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Add glue to packages as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Two years or more of recent manufacturing or machine operator work experience and mechanical aptitude
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry Level Computer skills
  • Must be flexible and willing to work other shifts, overtime, and weekends
  • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), carrying (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, visual acuity (Near and Far)
  • Lift up to 35 lbs
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Must wear steel-toed shoes and no jewelry
Work Schedule:

Train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd or 3rd shift as needed

Compensation:
  • $21.68 per hour
