The Physician acts as a medical expert capable of addressing a range of health-related challenges. The responsibilities involve moderately complex to intricate matters where thorough analysis of situations or data is essential.
The Physician emphasizes outpatient care, continuity of treatment, health preservation, and illness prevention. Maintains comprehensive medical histories and records. Refers patients to specialists when necessary. Begins to shape departmental strategies.

Makes decisions on moderately complex to intricate issues regarding technical methodologies for project components, with work conducted independently.

Exercises significant discretion in determining objectives and methods for assignments.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the practice state; eligible and willing to secure licenses in other states as required.
    • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from a recognized university.
    • Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
    • Preferred experience in geriatric medicine.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal relationships and communication with colleagues and patients.
    • Fully engaged in the concept of 'Integrated team-based care' model.
    • Willingness and ability to adapt to practice in a value-based care environment.
    • Superior patient/customer service skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency, including email and EMR.
    • This role involves direct patient interaction and is part of our TB screening initiative.
If selected for this position, you will be required to undergo TB screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Medicare Provider Number.
• Medicaid Provider Number.
• Minimum of two to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel with an understanding of best practices in a coordinated care environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators.

Pay Range:
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $199,400 - $298,300 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
