With over four decades of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, we are seeking a proactive administrative coordinator to assist our sales team in delivering exceptional service.

Role Description

This position is a full-time, on-site Administrative Coordinator role. The selected candidate will provide essential administrative support to various departments, including the president, human resources, and purchasing. Responsibilities will include managing phone communications, organizing files and records, and executing clerical tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management using Excel
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
