Job Overview

VIP Staffing - zrtech, a regional staffing company specializing in filling temporary and permanent placement positions, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2-3 years of helpdesk experience in an Office 365 environment, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through support tickets and phone calls
  • Work side-by-side with the support team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Perform printer troubleshooting, O365 troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and network troubleshooting
  • Document issues using Kaseya help desk ticketing system
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of helpdesk experience in an Office 365 environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in direct professional experience supporting helpdesk and IT Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems

This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement. The work location is on-site in North San Antonio, and the salary is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
