As a Technical Support Specialist with FS Builder Resources, you will provide exceptional technical support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional who possesses excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a strong understanding of PC systems. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Communications is preferred, but not required. With a minimum of two years of previous helpdesk experience, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades
  • Documenting internal procedures
  • Collaborating with the IT department to resolve challenges
  • Reporting issues to the Service Desk for escalation when necessary

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, paid holidays, vacation, and personal time. We also provide mileage reimbursement and overnight business travel accommodations.
