As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support to our Leadership Team, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, oversee mail and deliveries, and assist with visitor access and security protocols.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and agendas, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support office operations by filing, entering data, and organizing important documents, while keeping records and databases up to date.
