Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize product quality and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define, and execute capital expenditure projects
- Work closely with R&D to develop and commercialize new products
- Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure process stability and consistency
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing activities and processes
- Conduct daily operations reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide on-going interpretation and trend analysis of process quality control data
- Work with administrative and manufacturing staff to resolve issues and concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 3 or more years of manufacturing experience, with 5-10 years preferred
- Experience with web handling, coating, polymers, or film is strongly preferred
- Experience in the Automotive Market is a plus
- Green/brown/black belt certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or TS is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
