Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize product quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define, and execute capital expenditure projects
  • Work closely with R&D to develop and commercialize new products
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure process stability and consistency
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing activities and processes
  • Conduct daily operations reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide on-going interpretation and trend analysis of process quality control data
  • Work with administrative and manufacturing staff to resolve issues and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 3 or more years of manufacturing experience, with 5-10 years preferred
  • Experience with web handling, coating, polymers, or film is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the Automotive Market is a plus
  • Green/brown/black belt certification is a plus
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or TS is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
